Foursquare 2005 Rom de Luxe 16-Year-Old / Felixvine the owner of the Foursquare rum distillery is R.L. Seale & Co., a family business with a proven track record of rum production in Barbados going back to 1820. Because of its popularity, the company was able to expand, and in the second half of the 20th century, it added names such as ESA Fields and Doorly to its portfolio. In the Saint Philip parish, they converted an abandoned sugar plant, and in 1995 they created the Foursquare distillery. Its first spirit was create in 1996 and it operates as both a double retort pot still and a three-column continuous still. By blending its pot and column distillate both before and after being the barrel, Foursquare creates Single Blend rum.

Product Description

26th Wild Series Rum Long Pond Distillery in Jamaica, which is renown for making rums with a ton of taste and funk, is where Jamaica comes from. The molasses was distille on a Wedderburn Potstill to extract the flavor’s maximum strength following a protract fermentation. Since then, the rum has been store in ex-bourbon barrels in continental conditions, where it has develop delectable Jamaican flavor notes of overripe banana, tropical dried fruit, and nuts.
In order to maintain the full flavor, the Wild Series Rum No. 26 Jamaica 16-year-old is bottled at cask strength (68.4% ABV). Barrell No. 5, Ester brand VRW (150-250).

Travelers Liquors, which took its name from its historical association with feeding travelers along the main route to Belize City, was founded by Omario Perdomo in 1953 as a blending and bottling enterprise. It was for a time the only rum distillery in Belize. When there was a shortage, Perdomo hired Luis Espat to construct a distillery in Belmopan. In 1989, Perdomo eventually bought it from him. The distillery specializes in dark rums, which are double distille from a molasses wash using a three-column continuous still and primarily aged in wood barrels that have been burn.

Rom de Luxe bottled this one cask specifically for The Wild Series. In January 2020, the fourth installment was bottle.
